Biscayne Bay, Miami, Florida

You haven't seen Miami unless you've seen it from the water. The nightlife is world renowned, but it gets tiresome eventually (for me at least). Sailing Biscayne Bay, however, never gets old. The turquoise tropical waters, the wind on your face, the salt in your hair… THAT is the way to see Miami. Being out on the water is important to a great many of the locals here in Miami, but sailing is actually less popular than I would think. The city seems to prefer motor boating. I find this odd, because of all the places I've lived South Florida is the most perfect for sailing.
