I love this photograph of Miami. I love it because not only does it show most of the areas of Miami, it also shows most of the personalities. In the foreground is Cocoplum and the Gables. Big, mediterranean-style houses with large lots, for those that want their privacy and their luxury. Off in the distance is downtown Miami and Brickell. A giant spotlight was shining this night, which is a perfect symbol for the vibrant nightlife. In between lies my favorite personality of Miami: the water-centric life. Most of these boats are moored there full time, and many of them are permanent homes. Even further away is Miami Beach, where you can see the cranes of the bustling seaport.
